Toyonaga Distillery (founded in 1894), sources all of its rice from Hitoyoshi basin and also uses only organic rice for his award wining flagship brands and the distillery's nameshochu brand has been available in the USA for more than a decade, with a couple of medals at recent year's Los Angenls International Spirits Competition. Dark amber Okukuma 7 years sherry cask. Rice shochu base.

15 years aged in sherry cask (barrel) and had a beautiful dark amber color like brandy or aging whisky (whiskey). By adding 2% dietary fiber which doesn't affect original flavor due to exceeding luminous intensity based on Japanese liquor law, left intact of Shochu's the best flavor as it is.

This new product is Undiluted premium bottles of MK-II. It features a floral and fruity aroma like gin but different. The fragrance feels like bananas. Ideal for cocktail base.
