Since 1910, our distillery keep growing sweet potatos by our selves are so called like "Chateau" or "Domaine" in terms of wine culture. Using traditional earthenware bowls for brewing shochu and yellow koji same as Sake. Ingredients are special made "Genji Imo" which is traditional and rare sweet potato since Meiji era and legendary rice "Shiratama-mai".
