A full-bodied sake using lots of glutinous rice.

A full-bodied sake using lots of glutinous rice. Unlike typical sakes. Izumo jidenshu is brewed with large amounts of sticky glutinous rice. Twice as much rice and molto mixture is used as in ordinary sake, and half as much water is added in the brewing process making for a very full-bodied sake. The brewing it self goes on three months, quite a long time.The pressed sake is as viscous as oil,sweet,and full of umami flavor.

It was made using 100% from Hyogo prefecture product Yamadanishiki. Milling rate 40%. This is TOYONOAKI's greatest sake, and its aroma is of the finest premium sake brewerys. Yoneda Sake Brewery is a high-class standard product. A slight Ginjo incense. I feel the taste of rice which is soft and also feel the freshness. Izumo Toji technique is reflected "Aji Ginjo".
