Easy cooking with one pot! Boiling time is 100 seconds. We used a "Shimabara handmade soumen(noodle)" made of Kyushu wheat 100% and a soup made of "Ago dashi(flying fish)", which was grilled to bring out the flavor. Silky texture of noodles and gentle Ago dashi soup make a great match.
