We are producing the craft Shochu rooted in Kumamoto, using the local organic rice and water. We own rice farm, also cultivate organic rice with 16 partner farmers for our Shochu. We would like to provide the safety and reliability on our Shochu. Our top brand are "Toyonagakura" as Rice Shochu and "Mugishiru" as barley Shochu. But today will focus on long aging Shochu such as oak cask storage.
